I have been very satisfied with BMG. I am sorry that they are discontinuing the format they were using for their music sales.

The BMG Music Services provided an excellent service. I am under the impression that BMG was replaced by Your Music.com. Will miss BMG. great group.

I purchased some CD,s in June @ % minutes before the deadline. I checked and saw the money on hold in my account, but for some reason the hold ws dropped and returned to my account. Jerome Sanders

Recvd email that entire order had shipped-4 days later another email saying selections "of of stock" Tried to reorder 2 days before closing, BMG adv us they could not take any more orders-very dissapointing! Also not able to redeem our earned free certs.

I've always been happy with BMG. I wish product selection had been wider, particularly with classical selections, and groups/bands that had previously been available were not now (Pearl Jam, Kronos Quartet).
