I loved the refill part of the order but I did not know that my ink cartridge I also ordered would come drop shipped it can days later and I used it for 5 copies and then the ink ran out! I feel ripped off.

I have only order one time and it was back some time ago.I have been very happy with the product, shippment and service from Castle Ink.I had two ink cartridge I didn't know I had but I will be ordering soon.

i thought i was buying original manufactored cartridges not remanufactured cartridges

I received my ink on time but had trouble getting my cartriges to work right, my husband had to go out and buy a black cartrige just to be able to print, other then that they seem fine.
