FYI I had ordered an item I never rec'ed confirmation. I called ordered by phone this time and I ended up getting the orginal order as well. We may have to return one.

This was a re-order of the same product that I ordered in the early summer. The first one broke after about 5 months. I really like the product, so I bought another one.

I was very unsatisfied with shipping infomation, status, and the tomer service was friendly but unable to provide me with any information. I was told that I will recieve an email on 2 occasions and neither one sent me an update.

It took almost three weeks to receive my product when I was told that it would take 5-7 business days. Other than that, the products were what I oredered and am pleased with that.
