Shipping was "Parcel Post" not "USPS Priority". If you have to send it Parcel Post to save it's OK but say so.

I ordered 2 of the same product but have only recived one. I have contacted MF two times in regards to this mater. as of to day it has not been resolved.

Shouldnt have to fill out a survey to confirm receiving a shipment. I also never received an email that the shipment was coming (no time, no date, no tracking number etc). So it sat on my porch until I got home. Good thing it wasnt stolen.

amp came through poorly constructed. front baffle was loose. plastic molding was loose. front grill cloth not spaced from baffle so it vibrated on wood and made noise.

I was very satisfied with every aspect of my purchase and have already ordered more. The only problem (not Musician's Friend's fault) was that the shipping confirmation email went to my junk mail folder--not sure how that could be fixed for other people.

I like the look and feel of this drum. It doesn't have the bass that I wanted. I am still wondering how to deal with this.

so far I am unable to get my purchase to communicate with my computer through the USB ports. I have spoken with a CS Rep at Yamaha, and they said (yesterday morning) that a Yamaha Technician will return my call. So far I have not heard back.
