I didn't feel as if zzounds followed through on one of the calls I made regarding my order; if I hadn't called them back a week later, I would not have known that they did nothing to get the order placed; however, they were quick to get it shipped,then.

Your products and customer service is elite, better than any other company I have dealt with. Also, I received a noticed that the products shipped on 11/3/09 and the product arrived on 11/4/09 that totally blew me away. I will be purchasing more items

the item was here within 2 days of me ordering it. That was wonderful. The item is small but came in a big box stuffed with paper. That was a waste of paper to me. It should be shipped in a smaller package which would be better for the envirnment
