When I receved my order I was upset to find that half of my order was filled incorrectly. I am very unhappy that I have to pay shipping again( that I already payed for)to get the correct item and pay to return the wrong item.

U sent the wrong product then screwed up the refund by sending cash to paypall instead of me visa. Piss poor job on all accounts.

14 day return policy on computers is a weak point... You offer a service policy for $200, expensive considering I may not have a problem at all.

The phone delivered had a connection cord that did not fit. The store took itback and I purchased a new phone. It was very easy but the phone support could not help me with the problem and continually told me to refer to Uniden.
