The Nikon lens was unavailable from most other vendors. J&R had it in stock, price was appropriate, and it shipped within 2 days of ordering. No complaints. Packing was good and product arrived on time and intact.

I ORDERED WAS OUT OF STOCK THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL AND OFFERED ME A DIFFERENT ITEM OF SAME TYPE WITH FREE SHIPPING DUE TO THE CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER, I RE-ORDERED AND AM WAITING ON DELIVERY AS I TYPE THIS...THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY

I have no complaints. My product was shipped almost immediately. I have not had the need to use it yet (printer cartridge), but I'm sure it will work well even though the package had been beaten up pretty badly by the shipping company or someone.

I have purchased several electronics-type items there. I think the shopping site is very well laid out and the information provided is very helpful. i usually get good prices there, too. I have never been disappointed in a purchase.

Everything went perfectly except that I was unable to login to my user account to check the status through J and R's site (with my customer/email id). However I did receive the shipping update and tracking info. from J&R which was sufficient.
