I need to returnn annnn item because i ordered the wrong itm. I emailed after initial delevery but received no response to date.

My personal experiences with customer service staff were very pleasant. The individuals were able to provide the necessary help. Apparently, the order was lost by the mail delivery personnel but was resolved by Appliance Zone quickly.
