I received an email indicating that I should call to resolve a problem with the billing information. I called and they said the item would be released. I got another email 36hr later and when I called they indicated that the item was already released.

Well everything was fine exept the printer i order was not windows 7 ready and i had trouble getting to hp to fix the problem. But once igot the right program it was great.

I was charged $99 for shipping and when I contacted TigerDirect about an issue with the delivery company they basically told me they could do nothing. I will never purchase another item from TigerDirect that will not be shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx.....

If you have not done business with these folks yet, what are you waiting for? VERY fast delivery and excellent packing.I always use regular ground shipping and it has never taken more than 3 days for it's arrival here in S.C.
