THe downside si this: the product, price, & delivery were excellent, but when shipping was added, it raised the price to the level of other stores. In-store pick-up was available but not at any store near me -- I wd have used in-store pick-up.

I purchased an item that was defective and will either be returned in exchange for same or discarded, depending on the requirements of policy with P.C. Richard & Son.

All was good, I was missing one part from my purchased product, but I did not feel the need to complain about it. No use getting upset over a cloth attachment!

I got my purchase two days before I received an Email saying it had been shipped. This is a ridiculous waste of everyone's time. Send the confirmation WHEN the product is shipped, please.

The item was delivered to a third party who took the day off from work to accept delivery. They finally arrived at 9:30pm -- after she spent the entire day waiting in the house. Some us us have to work to pay for these products!
