Customer service wonderful. The idem I ordered wasnt the match of my ring but they were ussure me that it can match. It did.The only problem I had was they didnt send via email to let me know when my product was shipped and tracing number.

The ring was smaller than expected in person. All diamonds were of the size and quality described on the site. The ring appraised for a value much higher than purchase price. Was told that the ring may not be constructed well underneath.

Contact was very easy and customer service was good, however when there was a mistake with the bank on their side, the on line chat person was less helpful. He was also very quick to blame us for the mistake rather than look into the matter to resolve it

I liked the purchase, but I hated the requirement to pay through google check out. It took forever and eventually I still payed directly,skipping google check out.

This ring was gorgeous but it was 1/4 too big. I was told I had to pay for it to be shipped back ad it would be re sized rather than replaced. This solution wasn't acceptable to me, particularly due to time. So I had it fixed locally.
